Which year is your TV?

Check this against your TV. The year is in the Settings menu (look for “About this TV” or “Support”) or on the sales receipt. Not sure? Choose “Not sure” and we’ll work it out from your model number.

06 — Wall mount

How is your TV mounted?

Your mount sets how far the TV sits from the wall, and that sets the depth of your frame. If you haven’t chosen a mount yet, pick “No mount yet / not sure”.

Found on the box, the instructions, or the label on the mount’s wall plate.

Don’t know the model? Measure from the wall to where the back of the TV sits, with the TV on the wall. If you enter a depth you can skip the model name and number. For an adjustable mount, measure with the TV pushed in as close to the wall as it goes.

07 — Verify

Confirm your model number.

Your frame is cut to this exact model, so we need the full number as printed on your TV, not just the name on the box.

Find it on the sticker on the back of the TV, or on your TV under Settings → Support → About This TV (the wording varies by brand). Copy it exactly, including any letters at the end.

The Halo Valance Universal Frame is a hardwood frame built to the exact dimensions of your TV and your wall mount. Whatever the make or model, you give us the full model number and we build to it.

Choose your wood, tell us about your TV and how it is mounted, and we take it from there. It ships flat-packed and goes together easily.

What happens after you order
  1. You place your order with your TV and mount details.
  2. We check your information against your full model number. We email you when your frame info is confirmed and we are ready to start your build.
  3. We build your frame to size. Average lead time is 6 weeks.
  4. It ships flat-packed to your door.
How we size your frame
  • Width: TV width + 1/2″
  • Height: TV height + 1/2″
  • Depth: TV depth + wall mount depth + 1/4″
Warranty, returns and final sale
  • We guarantee fit and finish. If there is an issue with your frame, we warranty it, and returns for warranty issues are free.
  • Universal frames are final sale once construction is complete.
  • The warranty does not cover mistakes from an incorrect model number. If a frame does not fit because the model number was entered incorrectly, we will correct and rebuild it at cost, and any shipping caused by the error is billed to the buyer.
